Welcome to Sacred Transitions Reiki. I am an energy healer, an advanced Reiki practitioner who works with those who are seeking optimal health and well being. My practice in a way is divided into two areas; giving Reiki to folks who are of any age and state of health, as well as those who are in hospice care. For those who are reaching the end of their life it can often be intense and painful. both physically and emotionally. Death is hard. This sacred time affects everyone involved, and beyond the sadness there can be overwhelming fear, but it doesn't have to feel that way. I saw many times how difficult it can be and I want to be of service. My approach is to offer energetic and spiritual support to anyone who needs it and who wants to feel more calm and peaceful.
